Lissa Pietrykowski

Owner & Personal Trainer

Hi, I'm Lissa Pietrykowski, Co-Owner and Personal Trainer. I've been training since Fall 2014 and earned my certification from the National Personal Training Institute. Additionally, I hold a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan.
My favorite part of being a trainer is helping people and knowing that our gym is a safe space. Not everyone loves to work out, but if we can provide a place where they can confidently move their bodies and feel comfortable discussing their struggles, I believe we're doing a great job.

Jenny O’Neill

Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Jenny O’Neill, a passionate Personal Trainer at Peak Physique. With certifications from NASM and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University, I combine science-based methods with an individualized approach to help clients of all fitness levels. I’ve worked with men and women to improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. My background in managing acute and chronic illnesses also fuels my dedication to preventing injury and promoting wellness through fitness. My love for physical activity and strength training led me to become a personal trainer, building on years of swimming and a lifelong interest in health.

Meghan Burr-Martin

Assistant Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Meghan Burr-Martin, the newest Assistant Personal Trainer at Peak Physique! After starting as a client in 2024, I fell in love with the supportive community and knew this was the right next step when my public health job ended. I’ve always loved encouraging others, I even led a women’s fitness group online, and now I get to do that in person. My favorite part of training is connecting with women from all walks of life and cheering them on in their health journeys. As a mom to two boys, I’m passionate about staying active, being a strong role model, and helping others find confidence in their own strength.
