Hi, I'm Lissa Pietrykowski, Co-Owner and Personal Trainer. I've been training since Fall 2014 and earned my certification from the National Personal Training Institute. Additionally, I hold a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan.
My favorite part of being a trainer is helping people and knowing that our gym is a safe space. Not everyone loves to work out, but if we can provide a place where they can confidently move their bodies and feel comfortable discussing their struggles, I believe we're doing a great job.

Hi, I'm Angela Kattula, a dedicated Personal Trainer. With over 4 years of experience in fitness training, I've had the privilege of working with clients worldwide. I'm certified by NASM and have refined my expertise under the guidance of Bryce Lewis, enabling me to offer a wealth of knowledge and a personalized approach to training.
I've always enjoyed health and fitness, but my interest in helping others began when I started training friends. Watching them go from never having set foot in a gym to making it an enjoyable part of their routine was incredibly fulfilling, and I knew I wanted to make it my career.

Hi, I’m Jenny O’Neill, a passionate Personal Trainer at Peak Physique. With certifications from NASM and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University, I combine science-based methods with an individualized approach to help clients of all fitness levels. I’ve worked with men and women to improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. My background in managing acute and chronic illnesses also fuels my dedication to preventing injury and promoting wellness through fitness. My love for physical activity and strength training led me to become a personal trainer, building on years of swimming and a lifelong interest in health.
